"The end of an era..."

My dear friends, (and like Michael Jackson) this is it.

3 years ago this month, a rusty old Transit van came out of the ferry in Newhaven, straight into the customs wharehouse to be inspected. We are now typing this blog post next to the same wharehouse waiting for the same ferry to take us to France on our way home.

Heavily loaded as usual ,we have 1800kms ahead and it should take us 24h to get home.

Thank you kindly to all the people that have helped us in a way or other, live long and prosper.God save the Queen and the Mayor of Coventry.

THANK YOU VERY NIIICE

Work of Art

In 1965 ,a few years before disc brakes where invented,  Honda brought out this 6 cylinder 250cc engine with 53bhp and a seven speed gearbox. The first 6 cylinder bike to win the Isle of Man TT.
Still amazes me the kind of commitement, focus and resources these people would have to build something like this. The rising world of accurate tolerances.
